Qualifications and Experience:

• Active LPN/LVN license in Minnesota
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric care preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care for students with acute illness, injuries, or chronic conditions during school hours
• Administer medications and perform health procedures according to physicians orders
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation for students
• Educate students, staff, and families about health topics and disease prevention
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and parents on student health plans
• Ensure compliance with state and district health policies and procedures
• Support wellness initiatives and contribute to a positive school environment
