Key Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts CNA or LPN/LVN license is required
• Recent, documented training and proficiency in oxygen administration and adjustment
• Expertise managing oxygen delivery equipment and understanding of oxygen saturation monitoring
• Confidence performing clinical assessments, especially cardiorespiratory exams
• Current CPR certification and strong emergency response skills
• Experience supporting pediatric or adolescent populations in school or similar settings preferred

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver vigilant 1:1 medical support for a student, assigned exclusively to one school
• Regularly assess and monitor oxygen saturation and hydration levels throughout each school day
• Manage, adjust, and troubleshoot oxygen equipment as needed to ensure student safety
• Conduct cardiorespiratory assessments and respond rapidly in emergent situations
• Maintain clear records and communicate observations to the appropriate school personnel
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school atmosphere while upholding confidentiality and dignity for the student
