Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid South Carolina Teaching Certificate required
• Previous experience teaching middle school math strongly preferred

• Comfortable with virtual interview processes and adaptable to panel or casual formats
• Effective classroom management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective math instruction to 7th-grade students
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, adjusting strategies for diverse learning needs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom atmosphere

• Participate in any district-required training and onboarding prior to start
• Maintain compliance with all school and district requirements, including fingerprinting and certification
