Job Description

Step into a vital role supporting K-8 students and their families as a Bilingual Office Manager in a dynamic school environment. Located near Quincy, MA, this full-time, onsite contract opportunity makes you the welcoming face of the school from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Youll manage daily operations, assist with admissions and attendance, and interact with students, families, and staff. Your bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or Haitian Creole, will be instrumental in serving a diverse community and building strong relationships.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish required; Haitian Creole a plus
  • Strong background in office management, data entry, or business operations
  • Experience with K-12 school systems such as Infinite Campus, ParentSquare, Otus, and BPS (Zum) is preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel and data management
  • Previous admissions, registrar, and DESE reporting experience
  • Clear, professional communication and a welcoming presence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students, families, and staff as the main office contact
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and maintain communication logs
  • Monitor student attendance, record absences, and facilitate early dismissals
  • Lead daily building logistics, including mail, copier support, and deliveries
  • Oversee student meal program compliance and related data tracking
  • Manage student records and update family contact information
  • Support new student enrollment, records transfers, and school forms
  • Communicate facilities issues and collaborate on timely solutions
