Key Requirements:

  • Valid Wilson Level I Certification
  • Background in general education or as a reading specialist
  • Experience working with students facing reading disorders, particularly dyslexia
  • Strong commitment to fostering student success and positive educational outcomes
  • Ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learner needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized reading instruction and intervention for students with dyslexia and related reading difficulties
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop effective reading support plans and accommodations
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure growth and remediation
