Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license and Professional Educator License (PEL) required
• Experience teaching at the elementary level, preferably in 4th grade or similar

• Knowledge of differentiated instruction and ability to meet diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in all core general education subjects for a 4th-grade classroom
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, modifying lessons to address individual strengths and challenges
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing professional learning
• Cultivate a positive classroom environment that encourages respect, curiosity, and growth
• Connect frequently with families to share student progress and updates
