General Education Science Teacher - Oak Lawn, IL Area
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and engaging General Education Science Teacher to join a middle school team for a full-time position. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students explore scientific concepts through hands-on learning, critical thinking, and collaborative instruction.
Position Details:
- Plan and deliver engaging science instruction aligned with state standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student learning needs
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Science endorsement covering middle school grades (58 or 69) required
- Previous middle school teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
