This opportunity spans the 2026-2027 academic year, providing a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch) in accordance with the school calendar.

What youll need to succeed:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education Certification (no Temporary Authority to Teach; candidates must possess full licensure ready for classroom instruction)
• Solid background in general education with a strong focus on science at the high school level
• Completion of district-specific credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting, in addition to standard requirements
• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage students and foster a positive learning environment
• Flexibility to potentially serve across multiple campus locations in the New Orleans area as assigned
