Qualifications:
- NH Aide License is required for consideration

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Provide support for individual students, exploring creative ways to encourage participation and learning
- Help maintain a safe and nurturing classroom atmosphere
- Monitor student progress and behavior, ensuring that every child feels valued
- Collaborate with staff and families to support the unique needs of each preschooler
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and required trainings as requested
