Inspire the next generation of scientists as a dedicated Physical Science instructor working with high school students. This contract opportunity, based near Manchester, NH, focuses on leading a General Education Physical Science class in a supportive academic setting. The assignment is 35 hours per week, working within a dynamic team committed to student success and engagement.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid endorsement in Physical Science for grades 9-12 is required
- Bachelors degree in Science Education or related field (Masters preferred)
- Prior teaching experience in a high school general education setting is strongly preferred
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to engage diverse learners
- Excellent communication and collaboration with students, parents, and staff
- Familiarity with current standards-based instruction and science curriculum
