Responsibilities include:

• Prepare engaging lesson plans focused on Spanish language and culture for high school students.
• Assess student progress and adapt instructional methods to diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and curriculum goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development as needed.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A valid Louisiana Spanish/Foreign Language Educator Certificate covering high school grade levels.
• Prior experience teaching Spanish in a general education classroom setting.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive, positive learning environment.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working onsite as part of a dedicated school staff.
