Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement for elementary education.

- Ability to design engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.
- Prior experience with 4th and 5th grade students is preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive ELA instruction tailored to the needs of diverse learners in 4th and 5th grades.
- Use differentiated teaching strategies to foster student growth in reading, writing, and language comprehension.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback.
