Desired Qualifications:

• Active Wilson Level I Certification
• Experience as a General Education Teacher, Reading Specialist, or similar educational role
• Familiarity supporting students with dyslexia and other reading-based learning differences
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based instruction using the Wilson Reading System to individuals or small groups
• Assess student needs and customize lesson plans to target specific reading difficulties
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating outcomes with staff and families
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate instructional strategies and share insights
