Make a meaningful impact supporting students near Hillsdale, WY, as a dedicated ESL and General Education professional in a contract role. Bring your expertise to two schools, working closely with elementary (approximately 15 students) and secondary (around 10 students) learners. Enjoy a predictable schedule, serving students from August 10th through May 28th, with a consistent workload of 37.5 hours per week.

What Youll Need to Bring:

• Valid Wyoming General Education teaching license
• Experience teaching ESL and/or in general education settings
• Commitment to fostering a welcoming, inclusive classroom climate
• Flexibility to work across two different school sites
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners

What Youll Do:

• Design and implement engaging lessons that support English language acquisition and core academic skills
• Assess individual learning needs and tailor approaches for elementary and secondary-level students
• Work as an integral team member in a supportive, student-centered environment
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records and participate in required documentation
• Attend training as needed and participate in a collaborative, dynamic school culture
