What Youll Bring:

• Valid Wyoming General Education Teaching License.
• ESL certification or equivalent experience working with English Language Learners.
• Background supporting both elementary and secondary age groups.
• Ability to travel between and serve two distinct school sites.
• Strong communication skills and cultural competence in diverse classroom settings.
• Adaptability to collaborate with school leadership, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons for general education and ESL students.
• Provide individualized support to a caseload of about 15 elementary and 10 secondary students.
• Collaborate with other educators and specialists to design effective instructional strategies.
• Monitor student progress, making adjustments to meet unique learning needs.
• Utilize a variety of assessment tools to guide instructional decisions.
• Participate in a supportive onboarding process (note: fingerprinting and contract signatures required before starting).
• Attend Zoom interviews with flexibility based on availability.
