Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in General Education, ESL, or both
• Previous classroom experience in general education and/or ESL settings preferred

• Ability to create inclusive lesson plans that meet a range of proficiency levels
• Culturally responsive instructional strategies and sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds
• Proficiency in integrating technology into the classroom

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons for both general education and ESL students
• Create a positive, safe, and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation
• Assess student progress and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Collaborate with fellow educators and support staff to ensure holistic student development
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and classroom activities
