Qualifications:

• Current Professional Educator License (PEL) with ESL endorsement
• Experience working as an ESL and/or General Education Teacher
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted ESL instruction to students, adapting methods for various proficiency levels
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce language goals across the curriculum
• Monitor and document student progress, communicating updates with parents and staff
• Develop engaging lessons and activities to support language development
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school community activities as needed
