• Ability to maintain engaging classes of 20 or fewer students

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate instruction for junior high students in both English and Spanish, ensuring every learner feels supported
• Develop lesson plans that cater to students varying learning needs, fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere
• Utilize a student-centered approach, placing emphasis on individual growth and engagement
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues for a collaborative learning environment
• Adapt to the needs of the school community and actively participate in school activities
