Key Qualifications:
- PEL (Professional Educator License) required
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish

- Strong commitment to student development rather than solely curriculum delivery
- Ability to maintain engaging classes of 20 or fewer students
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate instruction for junior high students in both English and Spanish, ensuring every learner feels supported
- Develop lesson plans that cater to students varying learning needs, fostering an inclusive and positive atmosphere
- Utilize a student-centered approach, placing emphasis on individual growth and engagement
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues for a collaborative learning environment
- Adapt to the needs of the school community and actively participate in school activities
