Job Description

Step into an important leadership role supporting daily school operations and community engagement as a Bilingual Office Manager. Working with elementary and middle school students, you will manage front office activities and play a crucial part in building an inviting, organized, and efficient environment for staff, students, and families. As the first point of contact, your professionalism and dynamic communication skills will be used each dayon the phone, over email, and in person. Fluency in Spanish is required, and knowledge of Haitian Creole is a strong asset.

What we're looking for:

  • Bilingual fluency (Spanish required; Haitian Creole highly desirable)
  • Experience in Admissions, Enrollment, or Registrar duties
  • DESE reporting familiarity
  • Comfortable with daily data management and Excel
  • Previous work with school systems such as Infinite Campus, ParentSquare, BPS (Zum), Otus, WBMason, and Staples
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain updated and accurate student, staff, and visitor records
  • Prior experience supporting food services and facilities management a plus

Your daily contributions will include:

  • Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk
  • Managing attendance, absences, daily dismissal, and transportation updates
  • Overseeing food services paperwork, meal tracking, and family verifications
  • Keeping thorough, up-to-date student records and supporting report distribution
  • Assisting with admissions and enrollment processes; coordinating with the Registrar
  • Serving as the communication link among administrators, families, and staff
  • Promptly reporting facilities and maintenance needs; collaborating on solutions
