Youll collaborate with fellow educators to design group instruction and individual interventions, with a dedicated day each week for program development and coaching. Desired Qualifications and Special Requirements:

• Valid Missouri K-12 teaching certification in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) or ELL (English Language Learners)
• Experience working with elementary-age ELL students across diverse backgrounds and language levels
• Familiarity with the WIDA ACCESS assessment and Missouri's English proficiency standards
• Capacity to coordinate services for students who may also qualify for special education support
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students, families, and fellow educators
• Adaptability and creativity in instructional strategies to support varied proficiency levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted instruction to small ELL groups at each grade level, four days per week
• Assess student progress using the WIDA ACCESS framework, and tailor instruction to drive academic and language development
• Allocate Wednesdays for program management, data review, and collaborating with classroom teachers
• Develop individualized supports for students, including those with dual ELL and special education needs
• Engage in ongoing professional growth and contribute actively to a culture of educator collaboration
