Step into an exciting role as a general education science teacher, supporting middle school students (grades 68) on a full-time, onsite contract. This position will have you guiding and inspiring curious young minds in a collaborative and engaging environment. Starting as soon as possible and lasting through 5/21/27, you'll join a vibrant educational community dedicated to student growth and achievement.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching certificate (applications with pending or missing certification will not be considered)
• Experience teaching general education science at the middle school level preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for cultivating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Desire to foster scientific inquiry and a love of learning

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured, dynamic science lessons to students in grades 68
• Plan and implement curriculum aligned with state and school guidelines
• Assess student progress and differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and participation
• Collaborate with colleagues, staff, and parents to support student success
• Create opportunities for hands-on experiments and discovery
• Uphold school policies and foster a safe, respectful learning atmosphere
