Qualifications:

• Hold valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency in learning assessments and diagnostic tools
• Strong understanding of special education laws and procedures
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Interpret assessment data and generate insightful, actionable reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide guidance on appropriate instructional strategies and interventions
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in special education
• Contribute as an active member to multidisciplinary teams, supporting inclusive educational environments
