Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician (Texas preferred)
• Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Assessment, or a related field
• Experience conducting academic and cognitive assessments in a K-12 educational setting
• Strong understanding of IDEA, ADA, and Section 504 regulations
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with families, teachers, and related professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret a variety of educational and psychological assessments
• Compile comprehensive evaluation reports to guide eligibility and programming decisions
• Develop, review, and participate in ARD/IEP meetings as a core team member
• Consult with instructional staff regarding interventions, accommodations, and instructional strategies
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all timelines and compliance requirements are met
• Provide ongoing support and training for school personnel and parents as needed
