Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
- Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency with a range of assessment tools and standardized tests
- Thorough understanding of IDEA and special education law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative approach with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer psychoeducational and academic assessments for K-12 students
- Analyze data to determine student eligibility and appropriate services
- Develop detailed evaluation reports and document findings accurately
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing guidance on goals and accommodations
- Consult with teachers and support staff on instructional strategies
