Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
  • Previous experience working within school settings, K-12 preferred
  • Strong skills in student assessments, special education eligibility, and report writing
  • Expertise in using a range of assessment tools for cognitive, behavioral, and educational evaluations
  • Familiarity with federal and state special education regulations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be available for a full academic year commitment, onsite only

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret educational and psychological assessments for K-12 students
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete thorough, accurate reports and provide actionable recommendations for student support
  • Support staff and families in understanding student needs and eligibility determinations
  • Maintain compliance with documentation and deadlines
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for teachers and administrators
