Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostics, or a related field
• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Prior experience conducting evaluations and eligibility assessments for students with disabilities
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations pertaining to special education
• Strong organizational and communication skills for case management and report writing
• Capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret educational and psychological assessments for students referred for special education services
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports, presenting results and recommendations clearly to families and school teams
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, sharing insights to help develop appropriate strategies and supports
• Consult with educators and staff to implement interventions and accommodations
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development to keep current with best practices
