Step into a vital role supporting students as an Educational Diagnostician with a full-time, on-site opportunity in the North Richland Hills area. This contract position lasts through May 2027 and is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in academic environments. Youll travel between two schools within the district, engaging directly with staff, students, and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field
- Current Texas classroom teaching certificate
- At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
- Successful completion of the state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
- Proven, recent experience working in school settings
- Commitment to completing all required fingerprinting and credentialing steps quickly
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for students of varying ages
- Prepare and deliver detailed written reports to inform placement and instructional decisions
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing expertise and supporting collaborative efforts
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with educators and families to support student needs
- Travel between two assigned schools as part of an itinerant schedule
