Qualifications & Experience Needed:
- Active Louisiana Educational Diagnostician license required
- Proven knowledge and experience conducting formal educational assessments and evaluations
- Ability to interpret data to support IEP development and student placement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional standards
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret educational and cognitive assessments for students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families on educational plans
- Prepare detailed evaluation reports and present findings to support student goals
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and advocacy
