Step into a rewarding role supporting student success as an Educational Diagnostician working onsite in a full-time contract position near Mansfield, TX. This assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through evaluation and support of students in a middle school settingwith the potential to collaborate across two campuses, including a possible high school. You will manage a caseload of 100-120 active students, balancing initial assessments, ongoing evaluations, and re-evaluations, all while contributing to a thriving academic environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Current TX Educator Certification as an Educational Diagnostician (required)
• Experience with middle and/or high school populations
• Strong background in conducting comprehensive educational assessments and re-evaluations
• Familiarity with district and state-specific compliance and documentation standards
• Effective communicator able to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Keen eye for organization and managing multiple priorities

What Youll Do:

• Conduct detailed educational evaluations and re-evaluations for students
• Interpret assessment results to guide eligibility and intervention planning
• Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to support students IEP processes
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding educational strategies and program needs
• Provide ongoing consultation for progress monitoring and program adjustments
