A contract position is available for an experienced Educational Diagnostician to support schools in Lewisville, TX. This role focuses on assessing students' educational needs and developing appropriate learning plans to ensure academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to identify learning strengths and challenges
• Interpret test results and prepare detailed evaluation reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress and recommend modifications to interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state regulations
• Provide expert guidance on special education eligibility and placement decisions

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid Educational Diagnostician certification or licensure as required by the state of Texas
• Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting a variety of assessment tools
• Strong knowledge of special education laws, policies, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality
