  • Strong understanding of special education laws, legal compliance, and IEP processes

  • Flexible and organized, able to manage multiple cases and timelines

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students suspected of having learning differences or disabilities
  • Interpret assessment results and communicate findings to multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop, review, and help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Serve as a resource to staff and families on matters related to special education services and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and monitor effective accommodations and instructional strategies
  • Maintain timely records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and district policies
