Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of special education laws and evaluation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
• Experience working with diverse student populations is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal educational assessments to identify students learning needs
• Develop and interpret assessment results for multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) or IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop educational recommendations and appropriate accommodations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Support the implementation of evidence-based interventions
• Serve as a resource on special education practices and compliance
