Key Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is highly valued
• Deep understanding of special education evaluation procedures (including FIE and ARD process)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to interpret and present evaluation results clearly and compassionately

Primary Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret a variety of assessments to determine students eligibility for special education services
• Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings as a knowledgeable resource
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families in developing effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation throughout the evaluation process
• Contribute to a positive school environment by supporting student achievement and advocacy
