Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification
• Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Assessment, or a related field
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong understanding of special education processes, including IEP development and assessments
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Capacity to organize and manage multiple evaluation caseloads efficiently
• Familiarity with current educational diagnostic tools and reporting standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students learning strengths and needs
• Interpret assessment data and provide informative reports to teachers, families, and school teams
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to develop, review, and revise Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Serve as a resource and consultant for instructional staff regarding assessment findings and accommodations
• Participate in eligibility meetings, parent conferences, and provide recommendations for interventions and services
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation per school policies and regulatory requirements
