This position is ideal for an experienced Educational Diagnostician seeking to contribute to student success through comprehensive evaluations and support within a school setting. Based in Fort Worth, TX, this contract role offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to identify student needs and help develop appropriate educational plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal and informal assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning
• Interpret evaluation results and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for educational instruction and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including teachers, counselors, and administrators to design individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Participate in eligibility meetings and parent conferences to discuss evaluation findings and support plans
• Stay current with best practices and legal requirements related to special education assessments

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Educational Diagnostician certification/license
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools and methodologies relevant to diverse student populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain accurate records
• Experience working in public school or educational environments is preferred
