Key Qualifications:

• State certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Demonstrated experience conducting assessments and evaluations for students ages PK-12
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations related to special education eligibility and services
• Proficiency in analyzing data and communicating complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and educators
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing caseloads or school environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to determine eligibility for special education services
• Develop, interpret, and present evaluation results and recommendations to ARD/IEP committees, parents, and staff
• Participate actively in the development and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
• Serve as a resource to teachers and staff, providing guidance on interventions, accommodations, and instructional strategies
• Collaborate closely with related service providers, administration, and families to ensure student success
