• Prior experience conducting comprehensive educational and cognitive assessments

• Familiarity with developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong analytical, documentation, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, educators, and parents
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage various caseloads and situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct educational and developmental assessments to determine student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to interpret evaluation results
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide appropriate instruction and interventions
• Maintain detailed, confidential records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Develop succinct reports outlining recommended educational interventions and accommodations
• Support school staff by providing ongoing professional development on assessment tools and best practices
