Job Description
A school-based position is available for a skilled Educational Diagnostician to support student assessment and learning development in an engaging academic environment located in Fort Worth, TX. This contract role focuses on evaluating student abilities and needs to guide educational planning and ensure appropriate instructional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify student learning strengths and challenges
- Interpret assessment data and provide detailed reports to educators, parents, and administrators
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assist in monitoring student progress and adjusting instructional strategies accordingly
- Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Educational Diagnostician certification/licensure as required by Texas
- Experience administering and interpreting a variety of educational and psychological assessments
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with current special education laws and best practices
