Key Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for crafting reports and coordinating with staff and families
  • Comfort navigating diverse student backgrounds and creating inclusive assessment plans
  • Familiarity with data analysis and educational software tools

What Youll Do:

  • Perform psychoeducational evaluations and interpret findings to support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and special education teams to deliver recommendations and evidence-based interventions
  • Engage families and guardians during the assessment process; communicate findings with clarity and sensitivity
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluations and student progress in accordance with district timelines
  • Deliver training and support for school staff on assessment tools, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Stay current with advances in educational assessment and participate in professional development as needed
