Key Qualifications:

• Skilled in conducting a variety of psycho-educational assessments
• Proficient in interpreting assessment data and providing actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and contribute within interdisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students eligibility for special education services
• Compile and interpret assessment results, documenting findings and presenting information to relevant stakeholders
• Develop and maintain individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource regarding assessment tools, intervention strategies, and compliance standards
• Support staff and families in understanding assessment findings and recommendations
• Assist with monitoring and reviewing IEPs to ensure ongoing student progress
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with district and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering insights and guidance on instructional modifications
