Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician
• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of federal and state special education regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple evaluations and deadlines
• Comfortable working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Core Duties:

• Assess and identify students' learning differences through evaluation tools, observations, and data analysis
• Develop individualized reports and recommendations for educational programming
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) or equivalent meetings as a subject matter expert
• Consult with teachers, parents, and related service providers to interpret results and support appropriate interventions
• Document all findings in accordance with school district or state standards
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and timelines
• Support transitions and share strategies for student success across settings
