Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Bilingual Educational Diagnostician supporting students in the Fort Worth area. In this full-time, school-year role, you'll play a pivotal part in educational assessment and intervention, serving a diverse caseload between two district campuses. Your expertise will facilitate meaningful outcomes for students in need, working closely with staff and families to help each learner succeed.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in education or related field
- Valid Texas classroom teaching certificate
- State certification for educational diagnosticians (must have passed the state exam)
- Minimum of three years full-time teaching experience
- Demonstrated prior work in a school-based setting
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Capable of fulfilling all required district fingerprinting processes
Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive educational assessments and interpret results
- Prepare detailed reports and deliver findings to relevant teams
- Participate actively in ARD/IEP meetings and provide expertise regarding student evaluations
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop targeted plans of support
- Travel locally to work across two district schools, delivering consistent service
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all district, state, and federal requirements
