Job Description

Seeking an experienced Educational Diagnostician to support student success in a dynamic school environment in Arlington, TX. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in educational assessment and work collaboratively with educators, families, and students to provide critical insights that shape effective learning plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive educational assessments to identify student needs, strengths, and learning challenges
  • Interpret and analyze test data and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for individualized educational programming
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies
  • Participate in Student Support Teams and attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide professional guidance
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Certification or licensure as an Educational Diagnostician per state requirements
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, special education law, and educational interventions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
