Seeking a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist for a contract position in Wayne, MI, serving a school setting. This role focuses on supporting students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing by providing specialized instruction, assessments, and accommodations to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized educational programs tailored to students with hearing impairments
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective communication strategies are in place
