A contract opportunity is available for a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Specialist to support students in a school setting in Topeka, KS. This role involves working directly with students who are deaf or hard of hearing to enhance their educational experience through tailored support and specialized instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support services and educational strategies for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Utilize specialized communication techniques and assistive technologies to facilitate effective learning.
