• Comfortable delivering virtual instruction and support
• Ability to establish rapport and tailor instruction to individual student needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and proficiency with virtual learning platforms

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized 1:1 instructional and support services to students in a virtual setting
• Adapt lesson plans and materials to suit a variety of communication styles and learning abilities
• Collaborate with school teams, therapy providers, and families to support student progress
• Monitor student performance and document sessions, adjusting techniques as needed for maximum impact
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and advocacy for students navigating mainstream and specialized curricula
