A specialized opportunity is available for a Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist to support students in a school setting located in Manhattan, KS. This contract position focuses on providing tailored educational services and support to students with hearing impairments, ensuring their academic success and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students with hearing loss.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and assistive technologies to enhance communication and learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and accessible classroom environment.
• Provide direct support and intervention for students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
