Job Description

Seeking a Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist for a school contract position in Kansas City, KS. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing specialized support and services to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' auditory and communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of auditory and visual communication methods, including sign language.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
