Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized support and instruction tailored to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and ensure accessibility.
- Utilize a variety of communication methods, including sign language and assistive technology, to enhance student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to meet evolving learning needs.
- Advocate for students rights and resources within the school community.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
