A schools-based position is available for a Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist to support students requiring specialized educational services. This contract role is located in Hilliard, Ohio, and focuses on enhancing learning experiences for deaf and hard-of-hearing students within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct educational support and intervention to students with hearing impairments.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments and monitor student progress related to auditory and communication skills.
- Utilize assistive technology and specialized teaching methods tailored to the needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing learners.

Desired Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure as a Deaf / Hard of Hearing Specialist or equivalent.
